Woocommerce Custom Emails Issues

    Hi guys,

    I’m working on custom html transactional emails replacing default woocommerce emails.
    I coded and test them on local and it has worked perfectly before I tried to deploy online.

    The html structure of the mail as well as the images are displayed well, but the text inside my <p> tags is not displayed or ignored.
    These emails contain dynamic information related to the order but also plain text that is not displayed either.

    -Emails are set with html type in woocommerce emais settings.
    -It is not a problem of folder because my template replaces the default one
    -It does not seem to be a php error because the identical mail was working fine locally

    If someone has already encountered this problem and found a solution, I am very interested.
