• I am helping someone who isn’t super tech-savvy get their website set up, but I’m not present with them so I’m helping from a distance.

The new WP site has a few blog posts and we got a basic blog site set up. This person went in to set up the Woocommerce Cart widget today and the site crashed. I have screenshots of the error messages, but the site is down and many of then WP Admin sections are not loading.

How do we get in to fix this? One error message says that an email was sent to the site admin email, but no email has been received.

Looking through some of the threads here it seems like this is not an uncommon problem with WooCommerce and I can’t help but wonder why it’s still happening and why WooCommerce is showcased as if it’s a wonderful option – seems like a bad option to be featuring if it’s so buggy.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

It may be helpful to add that this site was purchased through WP and it doesn’t seem that this person has seen or is aware of a CPanel site or anything beyond the WP Dashboard.
I feel like this might be were that Cart Widget went, but how could it have uploaded there if that part of the website is unknown to the person I’m helping?
    Thanks

The website uses the modular system of wordpress.COM. However, you are here in the support forum of wordpress.ORG. For a solution, please contact wordpress.COM support: https://wordpress.com/support/
