Woocommerce coupons don’t work when plugin activated

We purchased your pro plugin and wrote to your support email over a week ago regarding this issue, and the only reply you sent back was “As a possible temp fix, do you still see the issue when the Signal event is OFF?”
Since then we tried to understand from you what this means, and when can you proceed with the bug fix and you have not responded. We wrote to you a few times already that this is very urgent.
This is the issue we wrote about:

Hello, ever since we installed and activated the Pixel Your Site Pro plugin, the woocommerce coupons don’t work properly.
When a user tries applying a coupon in the checkout page, woocommerce returns the message that the coupons has been applied, however the cart does not updated the price.
If we deactivate the Pixel Your Site Pro plugin it works again, so it obviously has to do with this plugin.
We need a fix for this asap bc we have a lot of traffic on the site and users are trying to use coupons all the time, and on the other hand if we deactivate your plugin it’s ruining our campaigns.
