The problem is that when users want to checkout, there is a spinner keeps spinning even after the user has filled the form. I’ve checked the plugins for conflicts, but I think this has nothing to do with the plugins. But, if anyone can help with this, I will be very appreciate it. Thank you.

Add on, if you try to press “Add to Cart” button, it keeps loading, too. although at some cases, the product has been added to the cart.

    Hey @sawirricardo,

I took a look at your site.

The first thing that struck me is that your site is extremely slow at loading resources. When your product images weren’t cached, it took over 30seconds for your site’s homepage to fully load. That could be caused by plugins on your site, but if not you’ll want to speak to your host about the speed (or lack thereof) of your server.

As for the issue you originally mentioned, I wasn’t able to replicate this as your site required I have an account to view the checkout page.

Generally though, what you described is most often caused by code conflicts. At the time that I viewed your site you were already using the Storefront them, so that wouldn’t be the problem (unless you’ve added customizations to the theme).

As your next test, please disable ALL plugins, except for WooCommerce. Once that’s done check to see if you still have the same issue with the checkout page reloading.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
