WooCommerce checkout page issues

I’m having issue with my WooCommerce checkout page.

I have PayPal as my method of payment and a flat shipping rate added for pricing total.
The problem I am having is when someone goes to the checkout page both of those don’t show up.

They only show up only after someone attempts to place a order and when that done it’s read as invalid payment.

Can someone help me resolve this issue.
