    Hi,

    Since the update, I’m having trouble with my theme.

    I went back to the theme developer and they are unable to help me, they said it’s the Woocommerce issue, so that’s why I am here.

    PROBLEM: When customer add to cart and go through entering their details and click “Place Order”, it won’t allow to go to the next stage. It basically automatically scroll back up saying an error but it won’t tell you what error just showing you an Exclamation symbol.

    Can someone from Woocommerce able to help me??

    Have you tried disabling all plugins except for woocommerce and then re-activating them one by one to see which one might be causing the error?

    Yea I have done that but still error exist. I even try to change to Twenty Sixteen theme suggested by the theme developer and error still exist. Theme developer say its gotta do with Woocommerce template issue. I did inspect element under chrome and found out this:

    /checkout/?wc-ajax=checkout Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503 ()

    Not sure what does that mean?

    What plugins are you using?

    I get the same error when WooCommerce PDF Invoice plugin is active with Woo 3.0.5 on PHP 7.1.

    So try deactivating plugins one by one and see if the problem disappears.
