I understand that you’re encountering a problem with the permalinks of your WooCommerce products. Could you please share with us a screenshot of the settings in your permalinks? You may use https://snipboard.io when sharing screenshots. Please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply.
In the meantime, please try to clear your cache by navigating to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:
- WooCommerce transients –
Clear
- Expired transients –
Clear
- Clear template cache –
Clear
Next, please clear your browser cache and see if this resolves the issue.
Please try these steps and let us know if the issue still persists.

However the link to go to the website from the shop does not work. It displays “The page does not exist. It looks like the link pointing here was faulty. Maybe try searching”?
Can you please share with us what link are you referring to here so that we can check this further?
Meanwhile, I checked your site, and added a product to my cart, however, I am unable to reproduce the issue here.
Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:
- System Status Report which you can find via
WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
- Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
