WooCommerce Booking customize email template

I have the Woocommerce Booking plugin and it works fine, but, a deposit is not the same as a full payment so I would like to send a different email to the client. At the moment the order goes straight to processing and the client gets the processing email, I use the processing email for completed payments so I need to use a different email template or atleast be able to customize the deposit one somehow.
