@dcka The plugin WooCommerce Blocks stopped working back in mid/late June I think. First Ididnt think much of it, but now i wonder since im about to launch my site.
Hi, @jonasojczyk!
I’m honestly having a hard time thinking of what else could be going on with your site. Do you know if your issue is only with the Cart/Checkout blocks? For instance, have you tried using other WooCommerce blocks and seeing if those load for you?
Could you also check under WooCommerce > Status > Logs if you have any recent fatal errors logs there? If yes, you can paste that into a service like https://pastebin.com/ to share it with us.
@dcka Hello
Good idea.
I have just tried other blocks than Cart/checkout. Other WooCommmerce Blocks seems to work fine. See for yourself https://www.gallerifusion.dk/kurv-side/
Only Cart and Checkout block does not work.
Here are my recent fatal errors. Thanks
https://pastebin.com/3vCQP96GHi @jonasojczyk,
I’m honestly running out of ideas where to check here but, when inspecting your https://www.gallerifusion.dk/kurv-side/ page, I am seeing some 302 redirect errors. I’m wondering if those are having an effect on the cart and checkout blocks.
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/M3N4g1302 errors are something that’s best looked at by your hosting provider. Can you please ask them to look into that?
Another thing I’m thinking of is if your site has a supported payment method active. The list of that is here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/cart-checkout-blocks-support-status/
If all else fails, you might want to look at a clean uninstall/reinstall of the WooCommerce Blocks plugin in case the issue is from corrupted files.
Thanks for your time man.
I dunno what the 302 errors should have do with anything. Other WooCommerce block works fine as you have seen.
I dont have any payment method active yet. Im only interested in WooCoomerce Cart page, not the checkout page since im using CartFlows for that.
When WooCommerce blocks worked (back in start June) i didnt have any payment method connected either.
I have tried to uninstall plugin, but no luck either.
Any other suggestion?
@dcka
Does this give you better insight?Error: Decimal separator can’t be same as thousand separator. thousandSeparator: . (thousandSeparator = {true} is same as thousandSeparator = “,”) decimalSeparator: . (default value for decimalSeparator is .)
Hey @jonasojczyk,
Error: Decimal separator can’t be same as thousand separator. thousandSeparator: . (thousandSeparator = {true} is same as thousandSeparator = “,”) decimalSeparator: . (default value for decimalSeparator is .)
We might be getting somewhere here. I’ve been able to reproduce that error on one of my sites. It happens when you have a comma
,as both the Thousand separator and Decimal separator under WooCommerce > Settings > General:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/zvsTEsCan you see if that’s the case in your site? And if it is, can you see if switching one of the commas to a period
.helps?Hello again
I tried all combinations with , , / . , / , . / . . and cleared cashe, but still no luck?
Can you mabye contact a developer?
Stil not working…
Hello @jonasojczyk,
Thanks for trying those suggestions.
We aren’t sure why your Cart block isn’t working. Can you try a few things for us?
* Please try the legacy shortcode on your cart page:
[woocommerce_cart]. If this doesn’t correct the cart page behavior, that at least narrows down the issue to WooCommerce, rather than WooCommerce Blocks.
* Blocks are now built into WooCommerce core, so the plugin is only necessary when you want to have the newest (and sometimes less stable) features before they are included in the main WooCommerce plugin. Can you disable the Blocks standalone plugin and try again? We look forward to hearing back from you, and if you have any further questions or details please include those in your reply. Thanks!
This wasnt solved. I use CartFlows instead. That is working just fine.
I’m sorry to hear this didn’t resolve the issue for you.
As it looks like you’ve found an alternative, I’ll close this thread for now – if you decide to use WooCommerce Blocks again and run into the same issue, you’ll need to open a new thread. All the best!
