    Hi there,

    could you please provide me the IP Address of the WooCommerce API? One of my plugins is throwing the error “Please make sure your site is working and no plugins are blocking WooCommerce API access”

    I am trying to figure out if its blocked by my hosting provider.

  • The IP would be the IP address of your hosting server.

    You should be able to get their support people to look at it for you.

    Do you have any security plugins installed? Wordfrence for example as it’s possible that might be blocking external access too.

    This error typically comes from Printful. If that is the case, please post a topic in this dedicated support forum so that the third-party plugin’s team can provide you with the best guidance: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/printful-shipping-for-woocommerce/.

    As mentioned by @seank123, this typically is solved by your hosting provider, too. You can find better support as to how to solve this issue in the Printful forums, though.
