    Hey there

I am trying to do some reports on sales.

If I navigate to Analytics -> Categories, it only shows the stats for 12 categories when there are 14 categories in total.

If I search for the category I can find it and view the sales, but it has no stats – https://share.getcloudapp.com/YEuXKJvG

When I click on the category it shows me all the orders that contained the category, so I am unsure as to why the stats are empty.

In the orders it does show the category and one other. Should the products only be categorised in a single category?

    Thanks,
    Robin

    Hi Robin,

    Thank you for reaching out!

I understand that two of your categories do not show up in Analytics >> Categories and if you find them – there are no stats.

I was not able to replicate this kind of behaviour on my test site so you may want to head to Analytics >> Settings and re-import historical data.

If that doesn’t help – please provide step by step instructions on how we can replicate this behaviour on our test sites.

    Thank you!
