Woocommerce Analytics Not Updating

Hi,
I want to know what could possibly be the cause of the Woocommerce Analytics to not be updating in real time.
It has been going well in the last few months of last year (starting August) up until January. Then suddenly the Woocommerce Analytics is not updating on it’s own without having to clear cache. We have not had any changes to our caching plugin since last year, then it became like this. Would there be other cause for this happen besides cache? Because it was working pretty well then suddenly it doesn’t.
