WooCommerce Admin Dashboard No Display

    Everytime I visit the WooCommerce Admin Dashboard, I get no response just plain white on the dashboard right panel and when I visit the DevTools I get this message(below).

    The weird part is my team from different country can access the dashboard with no issue. I am from Phillipines and I checked our host server IP Blocker and delete all of it and still getting the issue.

    What could cause this problem? Thank you for the help.

    Hi @seifer1975 ,

    There may be something else happening there. Is the other team using the same browser as you? This could potentially be a browser- or network-specific issue. Try the following to see if you can narrow down the problem, testing again after each step:

    • Deactivate any browser extensions you have installed
    • Test in an incognito/private browser window
    • Use a different browser (preferably the same one used by your team)
    • Access the site from a different location (on a different network/ISP)

    With these steps, you can narrow down if there is a browser or network issue happening that’s preventing you from reading that file.

    If it is specific to a browser, can you let us know the browser and version where this happened? That way we can check if there’s a bug there we need to check on.

    Hi @mikestraw , thanks for the instructions but unfortunately I get no luck on this.

    – Deactivate extensions from my browser.
    – Tested in incognito.
    – Got an up to date browsers for Chrome & Firefox.
    – Tried logging in on a different Location.
    > Deactivate extensions on a different location.
    > Tested in incognito on a different location.

    Maybe a specific ISP issue because I used PLDT ISP on both locations. I will try finding a different ISP to connect and test it.

    @seifer1975 ,

    That is sounding more and more like the ISP. One thing that might help is to use the Network tab on the browser inspector (Firefox: Tools → Web Developer → Network, Chrome: View → Developer → Developer Tools, Safari: Develop → Show Web Inspector → Timelines). That should show you what script is being blocked and what the website is. You can then use traceroute to find where that block is happening.

    Hopefully, that’ll help find where the block is.
