I have setup Woocommerce to say I enter prices inclusive of (10%) tax and display prices inclusive of tax. eg. $53.90 but it should show $49

On the individual Product page, when you select the Product

    https://shimi.com.au/product/chemres-clear-epoxy/

    The smallest size is $49.

Why is it showing the incorrect (range of) prices on the Product Category page? I am using Woocommerce Version 7.3.0

  • Hi @wattsyourwebsite

    Thanks for reaching out!

Checking the product page, I am seeing that the price variation starts at $53.90 but when the 750ml variation was selected, it shows the price of $49.

Can you please share with us a screenshot of the following settings below:

    • General Settings (WooCommerce > Settings > General)
    • Tax Settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Tax)
    • Tax Classes (WooCommerce > Settings > Tax)
    • Product Tax Class (Products > General > Tax Class)

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try https://snipboard.io or http://skitch.com/. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Thanks!

I don’t have anything called Tax Classes

There are no fatal error logs

Please note that if the Product is a Simple Product, the prices display correctly.

    Hi,

Thanks for providing the system status report, as well as screenshots.

Please navigate to WooCommerce>Status>tools and make sure to clear transients.

Let us know if there are any questions.
