    Hi,

I have no issues, on this version WC 2.4.7
    Demo: http://www.rosendo.pt/produto/demo-smart-variations-images/

Please provide more feedback, are you using custom template?

    Thanks,
    David

    Hi David,

Thanks for getting back to me.
I’m using the underscores template, which is basically a base starter theme for WordPress: http://underscores.me/

I’ve tried enabling/disabling the options in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Smart Variations Images

The only thing I’ve changed in WC is disabled the lightbox.

    Hey,

Was it workign before with that theme?

Did you try Enabing WooCommerce default product image? (activate/deactivate it in WooCommerce > Configuration > Products Tab > Smart Variations Images).

As explained in the FAQ, Themes that follow the default WooCommerce implementation will usually work with this plugin. However, some themes use an unorthodox method to add their own lightbox/slider, which breaks the hooks this plugin needs.

Please do provide feedback. Or link I will try to check out whats wrong.

    Hi,

    I’ve just installed it šŸ™‚
    I already tried enabling/disabling the settings šŸ™‚

The underscores theme is just a STARTER theme, so there shouldn’t be any issues.
Could you explain this unorthodox method and hooks this plugin needs?

    Thanks
(p.s. working locally so can’t pass you the link)

The unorthodox way is when theme change the default structure(html) of the woocommerce product display, adding their own css/js, that may conflict.

I just downloaded the underscores.me starter theme, and with no customization, it’s working with no issue:

Check it out. – Let me know so that I activate my theme back again šŸ™‚

Probably you have some custom code that is breaking up the plugin?

    Thanks,
    David

    Check that you copy/paste correctly.

    Sorry David,

I completely messed up the setting on the products page. Should have looked at the screenshots on the plugin details šŸ™‚ I thought the image uploader would appear in the variations box.

It seems to be working now but just one more question, is there a limit for the images? Tried with a product with more than 3 images per variation and didn’t seem to work.

Then i tried to add a new product with just one image and works fine.
    Cheers

    No prob.

My method is much more simple, its doenst require you to go in each variation and upload images šŸ™‚

There is no image limitation. Check the html in the console and view whats hapening.

    Thanks,
    David

Ok, i’ll double check and let you know.
In the meantime you can close the ticket and change your theme šŸ™‚

    Thanks a lot!

    No problem.

Later give the plugin a review šŸ™‚

    All the best.
