Hi @hitinder! Can you post your system status report? You can find that by going to WooCommerce > Status in your dashboard, then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for support.”
Do you have any plugins or custom code that affects total/subtotal calculations? Default shipping and tax functionality isn’t what I’m talking about, but additional tax or shipping plugins might be relevant. I’m more thinking of something that changes the way these numbers are displayed in the cart or checkout, though.
@apmwebdev thank you for the response. Please note that I don’t have any plugin for tax or shipping but, I do have a plugin for the minimum order amount. Also, I have a plugin for bundle products but the products added to the cart are not a bundle.

Yes that is what we were looking for — thank you for sharing that status report!
I took a look at your site and see what you are referring to. On the Cart page and Checkout pages, it is displaying the Subtotal line with the same value as the Total, even though the Subtotal should not include the Shipping (or tax if prices are set to display excluding tax in your settings). For example, on my test site with the core WooCommerce plugin and our default Storefront theme, we see the Subtotal not including Shipping while Total does:

I don’t see anything that stands out when checking the browser console for errors or code for your site.
Most often, these types of strange display issues are caused by conflicts with code in your theme (or sometimes another active plugin on the site). To check for conflicts, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, then check to see if the issue is fixed. If it is, then you can switch your theme back and reactivate plugins one-by-one until you find the one that is causing the issue.
