I would recommend starting with a conflict test to see if this is caused by one of the tools that you’re using. Here’s the conflict test guide: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
If the test does not yield anything and the product page remains grey, kindly share with us a link to one of the affected products and your System Status Report from WooCommerce → Status.
