    hi

    unfortunetly, from few days all the products.. filters etc all the stuff related to woocomerce have been vanished from our site! checking later found a notification saying to install woocommerce plugin but its not instsalling.. saying ( download failed/install failed/ update failed )

    plz help us resolve this issue 🙂

    Sorry to hear that all your WooCommerce-related content has disappeared from your site!

    Can you please try deactivating and removing WooCommerce (don’t worry, you won’t lose any data) and then downloading it again to see if the issue persists?

    Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.

    If the issue persists, please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
