I’ve found an issue that I’ve traced to mailpoet activation on woocommerce new order notifications to admins, as well as any email from the email screen that goes to admins:

With mailpoet active, the notifications ONLY send to the first email in the list of emails.

When I turn off the mailpoet settings, the same issue happens. when I deactivate the plugin entirely, all emails receive the notifications.

    Screens referenced in Woocommerce:
    available on any woo installation

    New order email:
    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=email&section=wc_email_new_order

    All emails from woo:
    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=email

Recipients separated by commas, tested both with and without spaces after comma.

Let me know if there are known solutions to allow the order notifications to continue sending to multiple admin emails. I need these to send to myself, the client owner, and client business manager, as well as staff that prep the orders.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there @m8hue 👋🏽!

Oh, unfortunately CC email addresses (additional recipients) are not available when using the MailPoet Sending Service.

Having said that, as explained in this tutorial, you can change the way that your transactional emails are sent.

If you do that, your newsletters will be sent using the MailPoet Sending Service, and your transactional emails using your site sending method (that would probably support CC emails)

    I hope this helps,

    Cheers!
