    Hi @ebrockway,

    Sorry about that! Quick check first — the lite viewer only supports GLB/glTF, while OBJ/MTL files need the advanced viewer. Were you using the advanced viewer?

    If yes, could you share the page link (if you’re comfortable posting it)? We’ll take a look and figure out what’s going on.
