We apologize for the inconvenience.
If you are using the plugin free version, then updates comes from wp.org and it is working fine.
If you are using the plugin pro version, make sure that you have entered your license key in the plugin settings. After saving the license key in the plugin settings refer to the plugins update page on your site admin area and click on “Check for updates” link then try again.
Just please make sure that your license key is not expired for the pro version.

wp.org caches update request for 24 hours and you can try after 24 hours.
Actually, updates doesn’t managed by plugin and its codes and it is managed by wp.org, so if you have an issue after 24 hours maybe your site can not connect to wp.org.
This issue is not related to the plugin and its codes because updates is managed by wp.org for the free version.
You can check the wp-config.php file in your site for the below line, and in case it is there then you should delete it.
define( 'WP_HTTP_BLOCK_EXTERNAL', true );
