Wont send emails and other problems

    I don’t know where to start –

    1. I’ve been working with Form Maker for 4 days and can’t get it to send emails to anybody. I’ve tried emails with different host providers, I’ve tried installing SMTP, Which when I run a test works fine. I don’t know what else to try.

    2. The form when it shows up on the page is clear over to the right side of the page, almost off the page and half way down the page – how do I change this?

    3. At the bottom – actually, off the bottom of the form are the email fields in duplicate showing again – what do I need to turn off to make these go away and still have email fields only on the form?

    4. And lastly I would like to have a statement appear after they hit submit. I entered one in “After Submission” However, when I do this, the text does not show up until the button to bring up the original form is press again! And pressing the little X in the upper right hand corner does not make it go away so it just sits there until you go to another page. Also, how do I give it a background. It is transparent so the page behind it shows through… not good.

    Please provide us link to the page, where you have the form posted. We will check it out. As for the email issue we will require temporary full Admin access to check out whether all settings are set properly or not. You can send the details to info@web-dorado.com.

    Thanks for your quick response – I will forward information to your web address. The website is still in maintenance mode. we are hoping to launch at the end of the month.

    I’m having the exact same issue with not sending emails and going to the “after submission” text. I’ve spent 3 hours just staring at the settings of this 4 field form I created… I’ll also go ahead and send the info to your email address.
