Wont send email

Hi 🙂
First of all, Awesome Form, it’s so to handle.

I installed the form on two sites, and it fails everytime i’m trying to use the form. I’ve talked to my hosting provider, and we’ve set up af smtp plugin, and it says no fail, but cf7 won’t work.

If i deactivate the plugin, it comes up the “message sendt” but no email are showing up.

Can you help me? Please.

Also see After submitting the form, I get an error message stating “Failed to send your message”. What is wrong?

Thanks, but it’s not a spam problem. When you press the submit button it comes up with a fail, so the email does not leave from the form.

I’ll take a look and see if it’s working 🙂

it comes up the “message sendt” but no email are showing up.

If it shows sent but not received its probably being seen as spam somewhere in the email process.

Kevin, if you are using your domain name for email, can you confirm your SPF records are correct?

Spam doesn’t always get delivered to you. Sometimes it just gets deleted.

See WordPress emails are sent but not received.
