Could you tell me what you have set under Do not auto-show box on small screens (it’s in the editing page, down below)? If you do want them to show up on small screens, this should be set to 0. Hope that helps!
I am on the editing page and cannot see “do not auto-show box on small screens” option. My options are “show this box”, “box position”, “animation”, “autoshow box”. And then settings for the appearance. I’m not sure what I’m missing. Thanks!

Yes, I’m on the latest version of the plugin. Do you think I would need to reinstall it? (I’ve already created a bunch so it would kind of be a bummer to go back and fix it all if that doesn’t work.)

The screenshot seems incomplete. Can you please send one of the entire page. In case there is nothing below what I can see in the screenshot then you must be using a older version. Can you please check again and confirm the exact version of our plugin you are using?
There is nothing below that. I have version 2.1.1. I tried deleting the plug in and reuploading it. Under my plug ins, it says I have the full version.. I’m not really sure why I’m not getting that section. Thanks for your help!
