Same problem. A few more clues:
1. The browser ‘back’ button gets you out to the prev page.
2. Clicking the ‘X’ tries to go back to the prev page. (It is briefly displayed.) But then the pop-up returns.
I am using Chrome with the latest WordPress and Print Friendly.
Here’s something interesting – when I use the Print Friendly button via the “Share Buttons by AddToAny” plugin, Print Friendly does not have the same issue.
I prefer the visibility of your plugin’s button, so I’ll watch for the fix.
Hi,
Can either of you give us a link to your website so that I can test? I’ve tried a few sites and it appears to be working fine on all of them.
That definitely shouldn’t happen. What’s the URL of a page we can observe the issue?
Hi,
We are experiencing this issue at the following project:
http://www.2organize.com/blog/oxyma-webinar-vodafone-crm-meer-leads-en-een-hogere-conversie/
It doesn’t seem te remove the ?pfstyle=wp parameter.
See this page. Win7 PC, same behavior in latest versions of IE, Firefox, Chrome and Opera. Not trying to print, just closing the Print Friendly window and stuck in infinite loop.
But when opening Print Friendly though the “Share Buttons by AddToAny” plugin, it opens a new window and then displays Print Friendly, then I can close PrintFriendly (without printing) and it returns to the site page in the new window. Was the new window supposed to close?
Sorry, can’t provide web page because I ‘solved’ the problem by unchecking ‘Display Button on Home Page’. Still using Print Friendly. Don’t have the issue on any other page. Maybe this clue helps!

zignjny’s correct. I like having it on the homepage but this is a good, temporary solution.
Fixed!
Please enable and let me know if you still experience the problem.
Thanks for reporting.
Now it redirects from the home page to the single post and then closes properly from the single page. Did it do that redirect from the homepage before?
