Could you please check and confirm all set up properly.
1. Go to Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Status – check all configured properly. If possible check Test Email Option.
2. Check what is configured in Background Process Engine in our settings page(Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Background Process Engine Selection) If it is default background process please change it to Woocommerce Background Process and check the flow again.
3. If the mail sent from our end we automatically change the status of subscription from Subscribed Status to Mail Sent Status.
4. We also keep record some log of each activity from our plugin which you can check it in Admin Dashboard-> WooCommerce ->Status -> Logs -> Top right Drop-down find “back-in-stock-notifier” prefix with latest date which has all the info to troubleshoot the issue.

everything says enabled and present in green under Settings Configuration
test emails works!
2.Woocommerce Background Process selected under engine selection
4 in the logs not sure what I am looking for
