Do you have any other security plugin installed or something that affect user logins in any way?
No; the only other plugin that affects the login is “Theme My Login”. The only other security plugin I have installed was Akismet to manage spam comments, but nothing that affects user logins.
It isn’t just my account; no matter who tries to login, a blank screen appears with the same url as the login page.
The only features I had the chance to enable within your plugin are:
Enforce Admin Access Restriction
Enable Firewall
-Include Cookies
Enable Login Protection
Two Factor Authentication (IP)
I am able to navigate around the rest of the website fine. I just cannot login and edit anything or access the dashboard. Please advise!
Fixed it! I attempted to log in from the checkout page and then verified my email and I was able to successfully log in and access everything.

Ah, glad you found it. Looks like there are multiple login roots there so the normal pathway is not working with that “checkout” in there. Sorry for the trouble, and thanks for reporting back!

I’m having the same (admin no access) issue but the difference is I have two security plugins installed, The other one locked me out for sometime as I attempted three tries (foolishly). Hope things get better after lockout time 🙂

great! fixed that issue while having both! (I white listed my IP in IthemeSec and updated this plugin settings as well!)
