Is Blocksy WPML compatible?

Hi,
Is this theme WPML compatible and allows to translate header builder elements like button texts etc?
For example, Astra theme uses Strich translation for it https://wpastra.com/docs/how-to-translate-custom-menu-item-with-wpml/
