Sorry, but the dynamic locale feature is a Pro version feature… It’s easy to miss in the long list of Pro version features listed in the description. 😉
Customizable multilingual / multi-language Site Title and Site Description texts.

FYI – The “Facebook Business Page URL” value is not locale-aware, but that’s a good suggestion. 😉

BTW, I’m not sure if WPML has a language switcher for the admin back-end. Have a look at Polylang – it works with WPML and I know it has a language switcher in the back-end (to change the working locale).
The upcoming v3.27.0 release will include locale options for social site URLs as well (thanks for the suggestion). 😉

Hi JS,
thank you for detailed feedback and sorry for delay from my end.
Just to let you know, I have purchased 3 pro licences.
As I told you, we are running the site on 3 URL´s in 3 different languages and I want to add 3different Facebook Business Page URL, Google+ Business Page URL etc., for each language a separate reference.
It´s not possible at the moment. So please find this message as suggestion or feature request, for sure there are a lot of WPML or Polylang users looking for a feature like this. Even from my case if this is working well it´s not a problem to purchase a licence for each single language used by this site.
To prevent from missunderstandings please have a look at this screenshots:

Pro version licensing and WP locale switching are two different things… Let me explain a bit more…
– Pro version licenses are per site, so if you have one site, you need only one license. A “site” is determined by the WordPress Site Address value under the WordPress General settings page. If you load-balance a single site on several servers, they will all have the same WordPress Site Address, which means you only need one license. If you use multiple / different WordPress Site Addresses on several WordPress installations, then you need multiple licenses (multisite setups are a good example of this).
– Some option values, like the Site Name, Site Description, Facebook Page URL, etc. can change with the locale. As you change the wp-admin locale, you can enter different values for that locale. A good example of this is Polylang which offers you a drop-down to switch languages. As you switch languages (ie. the WP locale), the value of those options will change as well. WPSSO will then use those values on the front-end, depending on the locale / language used for the webpage.
So, make sure WPML can switch the wp-admin locale, and if not, give Polylang a try (it works with WPML too).
I’ve requested Developer status with the WPML team to see if I can integrate WPSSO with WPML a bit better – we’ll see. 😉
