Hey.
There are a lot of different ways you can do this. You could build a custom withdrawal module or you could for example use a form that your users must submit in order to “request a withdrawal”. You collect the information needed, the request is sent of to you, you manually deduct the amount from the users balance and payout.
There are no withdrawal system for myCRED built-in but there are tons of options available, depending on what you need. You could for example use Contact Form 7 which myCRED supports and deduct points from a users balance when submitting the form.

I know, I can use the Contact form, but that will be a mess to control from the admin. There will be lot of emails from different user. It will be difficult to keep updating and searching for each user.
I want a central “Withdraw Manager” associate with each user and user can see a column named pending as they request a withdrawal.
Is there available with any plugin for this ? or how can I build my own, withdraw module ?

I am not sure if there is a withdrawal plugin for myCRED out there. myCRED unfortunately does not have this built in and will not offer this feature. You would need to build this yourself so it works the way you need it to work.

One feature request:
The user accumulates the points by some rules defines by admin. After that what is the use of this ? What the user get after getting the points ? They need to able to use/redeem their points somewhere, otherwise there is no meaning to rewards points.
One thing you offer, they can use their points in wooCommerce plugin or few other eCommerce site.
Why don’t they get a chance to withdraw, as like real money ? I think will help a lot of other people.
P.S. I really don’t understand, what is the meaning of getting points, if they can’t use it or withdraw it.

You basically described the Gateway add-on.
You can use it to allow users to pay for orders in WooCommerce, MarketPress or WP E-Commerce. You can also use it with Events Manager or Event Espresso along with some other store plugins via premium add-ons.
You may misunderstood my comments. I don’t want a gateway to use the points.
I want a simple system, track and execute a withdrawal system to withdraw the points, like a money.
