Apologies, I thought you meant the actual menu itself rather than the menu button.

In that case you need to add #click-menu to the CSS above so it reads as follows:

#click-menu,
#responsive-menu {
z-index: 5 !important;
}

Please try replacing it with the above and let me know if it works for you.
