Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
Can you please list what theme is active and can you also list what version of WP is in use and last, scan your site at Sucuri.
Providing a site link would have negated having to ask.
thank you for the quick answer.
So i just tried to change theme and of’course the default one works perfectly. But all the other version of mine, doesn’t work.
Deactivate all of them and re activate again: didn’t change anything
There is one plugin in particular that I also just update that when i deactivate, I don’t see the error but the point is that I don’t see the whole footer anymore!! So maybe the error is still there, just cannot see it.
I already checked on the plugin page/forum/documentation, no similar problem was encountered before.
The plugin is Multiple Content Block.
I think is related to this plugin but the fact that lots of small others things(plugin/feature) don’t work make me doubt if is a general problem instead.
Pioneer Valley Web Design I didn’t see your replay.
I scanned the website and there is no problem.
The url of the website is, of the page that doesn’t work is:
http://www.rebatenetworks.com/portfolio/
But as I said you will not see any problem (just some links that doesn’t work), but the error is display just when you are logged in
Version is in the title: 3.5.1 and the theme is all custom
No one never have seen this error before? I found just one similar problem in all the forum and it was coming from another plugin (i guess, the answer wasn’t very clear)
These issues are almost always plugin or theme related.
The way to test is to deactivate all plugins and switch to default unedited theme and test site functionality.
If that fixes the issue, activate theme. Is issue back?
If not, then it’s a plugin. Activate one at a time and test site functionality. When the issue returns you have found the culprit.
The last item (if none of the above fixes the issue is to perform a Manual Update).
I also suggest you update to WP3.8 (running old versions of WP is not secure). Consult provider of custom theme for any theme support first.
