Yes, all content is rewritten on the fly with the CDN path. Once you edit the post and save it, and when you create new posts, the CDN path will be saved and doesn’t have to be rewritten anymore.
If a page already exists though and you add the plugin the paths will still point to the local host until you update or do something to the page though right?
Yes. All content will be served locally until the file has been synchronized to the CDN and removed. You will see no downtime.
yes, so i guess my concern stemmed from experience with another cdn tool which would sync everything delete all the files and any pages that hadn’t had the links updated would suddenly have lots of failed file paths.
I understand. That will not happen with our plugin. All local URLs are rewritten on the fly once they are synchronized to the CDN.
Not working for me. Only images on the homepage are being rewritten, no other images throughout the entire site are being rewritten
