Will not work, times out

I installed the plugin and activated it. I then clicked on List Images and all it will do is sit there until it goes to a blank timeout screen. I have deactivated any plugin that might have something to do with the media library but no luck. I am on the current version of WordPress and 8.0 PHP.
Is this just not going to work for me or is there a fix? Is there a way to update the plugin? I had to download it from here because it wasn’t showing up in adding new plugins from the web.
