Will not show added subscribers

    I added the missing wpqk_sendpress_subscribers table and now if I save a new subscriber it shows up in the table and if I export my subscribers. But it won´t show up in the sendpress dashboard.
    Hope you could solve this in the next update.

    I had to add the database tables of an older version by hand and then everything works.
