The features we have for the classic editor is the ad button in the Visual mode and a meta box with the option to disable ads on a given page.
At this point, I don‘t intend to remove either of them. The future of these options depends on the success of the new block editor and whether keeping the old code will cause any problems. Since the classic editor will be supported for another 2 years, I think nothing will change on our end either.
Ad injections and everything else that happens with ads in the frontend will continue to work. The block editor does not change that.
