Will Google Penalize Me?

Hi guys, I started a website for wallpapers. It’s 2 days old and already has 20 posts. My question is if I keep publishing 10-20 posts a day, will Google block my site from their search engine for “manipulating the system”? I try to target specific keywords that get ~1000 monthly hits.

I got blocked before for 2-3 months before on another site for targeting too many specific keywords.

Most of the content I publish is unique, if that helps.
