Yes, CompressX works alongside Litespeed, and you do not need to disable any Litespeed features.
Because of how Litespeed handles and caches rewrite rules, after enabling CompressX, please restart the Litespeed service to ensure that the rewrite rules generated by CompressX are applied correctly.

Litespeed also has Image Optimization, which is what I was mainly worried about.
