Wikifying links in WordPress entries

I changed my permalinks to:

/%postname%/

… so there’s no date before the entry name. No worries, everything is working fine.

I’d like to make automatic links like [[this]] that automatically link to /this

… just like Wikipedia does.

Is there a way to do this?
