width – wordpress default theme

Hi.
I am new in wordpress and I have one question: how to change the width of wordpress default theme? I have tried to change all the numbers in ccs file but without success.

Default theme (aka Kubrick) uses an Image background, which makes it more difficult to change the size. You have to use more than the CSS, at least CSS and an image editor.
Perhaps a better option is, try another theme. Some themes are easier to manipulate the width. Some have options for width in the admin options. Better yet find a theme that’s already made the size you want, and begin customizing from there.

I dunno, but it’s a brand new theme release. She talks about it on her blog, so maybe point this error out to the theme author and see if she’s working on another release to address that.
did you copy and paste the content of those files into other files? or did you download them?
