Widgets/Shortcode not working

    I am working on implementing this plugin into a clients website and am having issues with both the shortcode and widgets not working. I have tried changing themes, disabling all plugins but cannot get them to work. I am receiving errors in the debug log every time one of the pages is loaded and can provide them if needed. I have tried using chat, calling and emailing support but have not received any responses or even been able to speak to a support rep.

    We are usually pretty quick to respond to emails… within 24 hours at most. If you can provide me with the name on the account and associated URL, I can look for the open case and make sure that we reach out to you ASAP.
