Widgets Edit in CPanel

Hey guys, today I tried to install a widget and when I went to edit it once it was installed and I had added to my side bar I clicked edit and I got redirected to a reminder page?

I also noticed that this happened to all of my other widgets. I tried deleting the new widget I had installed but it still happened? Can someone please help this is a big problem.

I think they may be messing each other up. But I deactivated and uninstalled both of them. I also think it happened when I clicked the Forgot password on the widget which came on the main site.
