widgets don’t work anymore

Hi there,

I’ve changed the root to http://example.com while maintaining the installation at http://example.com/wordpress.

Only problem is that now my widgets such as Search and Event Calendar are querying example.com instead of example.com/wordpress. How do I set the address so that it queries properly?
