Widgets disappeared in elementor pro | WordPress.org

Hi. Widgets such as product title, product images, which were seen when the pro version was not active, disappeared when activated. There was no such problem before, the plugins and themes I use are the same. Anyway I changed the theme and disabled some plugins but it didn’t work.

Hi,Since you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com.

I’d also suggest you check out our Elementor Community forum, we have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge, my.elementor.com.

WordPress.org rules state that commercial products are not supported here.

I got the license from someone who has the agency package. So I don’t have account information.

@muhammed782 I archived your new topic. Stop seeking Elementor support in these forums.

Looking at your site, you are an Elementor Pro user. The developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
