Widget Won’t Hide a Review

    *ISSUE RESOLVED*

    We have the widget setup to show only 4-5 star reviews. But the widget is displaying a 1-star review on our website. We also manually clicked “Hide Review”, and the widget is still displaying it. How the hell do we get it to disappear. We’ve cleared all caches as well.
