So I am guessing this app isn’t still supported, but just in case anyone came here with the same issue, the plugin just today or yestarday stopped recognizing any Pinterest user names, and is printing the blank response div tag now. I don’t know if it was a change in pinterest or an issue with the plugin, I wasn’t doing any work on the site when this occured.

  • This is the same issue I reported in this thread: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-returns-no-images-fix-included?replies=3

It’s not a problem with the username, the Pinterest feed URL has changed. It’s an easy fix to edit the plugin. I’ll try letting the developer know, but as you said, I don’t think this plugin is supported any longer.

The plugin is “minimally supported” in that whenever an issue like this arises and people like you so helpfully provide a solution I will update at the next free moment I have. Unfortunately I am incredibly short on time and supporting this plugin for free has to take a back seat on my priority list after paying gigs. I hope you understand. Thanks for providing your help!

Yeah thanks I ended up figuring out that they had switched over to https, little amendment and back on track.
