Widget shows no data

The widget tells me that it has successful connected to Matomo, but always shows 0 visitory (and I can see visitors when I log into my self hosted Matomo, so the tracking works). Any idea what could be the problem?

1. How are you using the widget code?
2. Did you check if WP-Matomo is connected to the correct site (see connection settings)?

1. You mean the Mamonto tracking code? I have put it in the head manually and have deactivated it in the widget at the moment. But I also tried “standard tracking” and that didn’t work either.

2. I now tried to to turn off the auto configuration in connection sections and chose my website manually, still can’t see any data.

I found the (most likely) problem: It seems there was a conflict between the Mamonto and a Google Analytics plugin. Deactivating and Reactivating the Google Analytics Plugin did it.
