Widget Search Tweak Help Please

I would love to know where I can tweet the code to change some text for a label in the search widget function.

My site http://ihf.koelnmessenafta.com/north-american-product-show-case/ is showing “Search Term” & “Business Category” as lables, the function work as I want I would love to change the label to fit my use.

Any suggestion on here to tweak?
