widget ‘save changes’ error

    I get this error:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /xxx/xxxx/xxxx/xxxx/wp-admin/admin-header.php:16) in /xxxx/xxxxx/xxxxx/xxxx/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1219

    when I try and save the widget changes for the sidebar.

    And now on my blog page I get this error:
