Widget Recent Posts Extended

I have installed the plugin Recent Posts Extended Widget and set up the necessary sidebar posts. But after putting in the post information they are appearing on the wrong pages for the different areas showing on my website. When opening up the Recent Posts Extended window and going to Limit to Category area it only shows five page headings and there should be six headings to choose from. Now I don’t know if this is the cause but I cant see if you can add a category in the limit to category list. I have a driving school website and it covers 3 areas for which I have customer reviews and test passes. But reviews for one town area are appearing in the wrong towns visualy on the website. I’m not a website developer but have got so far and now stuck
